Happy birthday, Margaret and Alison

Margaret came up to visit on her birthday weekend. Her present? Time with Tommy. Her present to us? Time with each other while she took him for a walk and a nap. Thank you! We watched the end of the UVA-Duke game (which I'd rather forget), then got cake at Love Cafe for dessert. So awesome. We had a great great time and can't wait to get down to Carrboro so Tommy can meet Howard and Aidan.

Tommy spends time with the ladies before they hit Al Crostino to celebrate Alison's and Margaret's birthdays.

We've seen this before...Ginny holding Tommy, daring anyone to try to take him from her. Think those threats to steal him are merely idle threats? Think again.

Tita Liz in the house!

Tita Liz hung out with us and the guy overnight on her way to the RIC. She blew off a show in Arlington that night to stay with him and maximize babytime. It was clearly the right choice. She carried him in the Bjorn, held him, fed him, and gave him lots of kisses.

Claire and Eann visit from NM

Claire and her son Eann were on the East Coast, so they dropped by for dinner with Nidhi. Eann is such a smiley kid! He and Tommy got along famously in that regard. Hopefully John and Amani will meet him someday soon, too.

It was such a nice night, we decided to eat out back. Nid provided a delicious lasagna dinner, and EZ hooked up the garlic bread and chocolate chip cookies.

So we gave him another bath and had a semi-NSFW photoshoot afterwards. No full frontal though, since this is a family site after all...

There's that look again despite the warm water. Notice his big belly. He had just eaten. What's that saying about staying out of the water after eating? We forget...
